The Association currently employs 230 staff at various locations throughout Northern Ireland. We provide careers in Housing Management, Development, Administration, Information Technology, Finance and a range of support roles in our sheltered housing schemes and residential homes.
The Association actively supports learning and development because we value the contribution of every member of staff and recognize the importance of providing support and development opportunities to enable staff to achieve business objectives.
The Association has achieved the Investor in People Quality Award.
Oaklee Housing Association was deemed a public body in order to comply with Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 2006. The Association was required to prepare an Equality Scheme to outline how it would implement the statutory duty. The Scheme was approved by the Equality Commission in July 2005.
