A Scheme Co-ordinator is on duty from Monday to Friday to manage the scheme and provide essential support to tenants. When the Scheme Co-ordinator is off duty the scheme is linked to an Emergency Call Centre to ensure assistance is available 24 hours 7 days a week, to deal with potential emergencies.
