The Bar Graph below illustrates the performance percentage of repairs carried out by Oaklee's contractors which were received between October 2010 and December 2010.
Results of repair performance:-
- Of the repairs that were reported as an emergency, 94.2% of these reported repairs were completed within the target period of 24hours.
- Of the repairs that were reported as an urgent, 93.2% of these reported repairs were completed within the target period of 4 working days.
- Of the repairs that were reported as a normal priority, 97.0% of these reported repairs were completed within the target period of 20 working days.
