The Bar Graph below illustrates the performance percentage of repairs carried out by Oaklee’s contractors which were received between April 2008 and March 2009.
Results of repair performance:-
- Of the repairs that were reported as an emergency, 91.38% of these reported repairs were completed within the target period of 24hours.
- Of the repairs that were reported as an urgent, 91.23% of these reported repairs were completed within the target period of 4 working days.
- Of the repairs that were reported as a normal priority, 92.03% of these reported repairs were completed within the target period of 20 working days.
