Key Handover of Carrickhill, Belfast (Monday 18th April, 2011)

April 18th marked the Key Handover of Carrickhill in Belfast, the latest addition by Oaklee Homes Group in the provision of social and affordable housing in Northern Ireland.

Carrickhill is made up of 11 family properties comprising of both 4 bedroom and 3 bedroom dwellings situated in the very popular residential area of Carrickhill, Belfast. This is the latest project in the ongoing regeneration of the Carrickhill area, and Oaklee Homes Group look forward to continuing to work in partnership with the local Carrickhill Steering Group as well as, the Department for Social Development and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

Niall Sheridan Group Director of Operations at Oaklee Homes Group commented on the significance of the Key Handover,
